Finanstilsynet, the Norwegian supervisory authority, reports that the companies Kirayaka International (www.kirayakainternational.com), Wiltshire Capital (www.wiltshirecapital.com) and Xtm Group (www.xtm-group.com), all with declared headquarters in Tokyo, are offering investment services without the required authorisation.
