In accordance with Art. 99, section 1, letter b), of the Consolidated Law on Finance Consob has also suspended, for a period of 90 days the offering to the public resident in Italy regarding the investment programme entitled Bestforivest carried out in the absence of the prescribed authorizations through the website www.bestforinvest.org (Resolution No. 18511 of 27 March 2013).

From the investigations carried out by Consob it emerged that the activity carried out through the website www.bestforinvest.org, aimed at promoting the investment programme entitled "Bestforinvest", seems to be a public offering of financial products.

The offering in question would seem to be aimed also at the public resident in Italy, as proven by the presence of an internal mechanism to translate the pages of the website www.bestforinvest.org automatically into Italian by means of a drop-down menu marked as "Select Language", by the absence of disclaimers aimed at Italian investors, and by the presence on the Internet of a website in Italian, in which the Bestforinvest programme is advertised to people resident in Italy and through which it is possible to connect via the specific link on the www.bestforinvest.org website.

In relation to the activity described, no prior communication was made to Consob nor was any prospectus destined for publication sent; therefore, there is the well-grounded suspicion that the promotion of a public offering of financial products breaches Art. 94 of the Consolidated Law on Finance, section 1. The public offering of the financial products in question is still in progress. Hence the urgency of the measure, adopted in accordance with Art. 99, section 1, letter b, of the Consolidated Law on Finance.
