The Comision Nacional del Mercado De Valores (CNMV), the Spanish supervisory authority, reports that the company Key Solution sl(http://solution-key.com), with declared headquarters in Madrid, is offering investment services without authorisation.

The authority also reports that the company is doing business with Mr Josè Luis Barrantes Maldonado.
