Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (Consob) also reports that the company Forex Corporation International, operating with the trademark Forexpiù, is not authorised to provide investment services and business in Italy in any way and, therefore, also not via the website www.forexpiu.com.

With reference to operations in foreign exchanges (forex), please remember the report made by ESMA - the European Securities and Markets Authority on 05 December 2011, published on the website www.esma.europa.eu and on the Consob website www.consob.it whereby the Authority:

• warns investors not to trade with unauthorised businesses offering investment services in foreign currencies and
• also advises retail investors on the main risks of forex operations.
