• Edgewood Equities Capital Investment Inc (www.edgewoodequities.com), with declared headquarters in London and New York, which has no connection with the authorised company Edgewood L Select (www.edgewoodlselectfund.com), FCA authorisation no. 586116;
• Hermann Brothers Group (www.hermannbrothersgroup.com), with declared headquarters in New York

are offering investment services without authorisation. The Hermann Brothers Group has already been reported by the Irish supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" no. 15/2013).
