Denko Group - Wiltshire Capital

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (Fsma), the Belgian supervisory authority, reports that the companies Denko Group and Wiltshire Capital, both with declared headquarters in Singapore and Tokyo, are offering investment services without the required authorisation. The Denko Group has already been reported by the Austrian supervisory authority (see "Consob Informs" No. 4/2010).
