IN DATA 11.04.2017 E' INTERVENUTO IL DEPOSITO PRESSO IL REGISTRO DELLE IMPRESE DELL'AUMENTO DI CAPITALE DI PREMUDA SPA RISERVATO A PS NAVI SPA, SOCIETA' DI NUOVA COSTITUZIONE DESIGNATA DA PILLARSTONE ITALY SPA. TALE AUMENTO, DELIBERATO DALL'ASSEMBLEA STRAORDINARIA DEL 30.03.2017, E' STATO ESEGUITO MEDIANTE AZZERAMENTO DEL CAPITALE SOCIALE A PARZIALE COPERTURA DELLE PERDITE CON ANNULLAMENTO DI TUTTE LE AZIONI PREESISTENTI E SOTTOSCRIZIONE DELLA TOTALITA' DELLE NUOVE AZIONI, NON DESTINATE ALLA QUOTAZIONE, DA PARTE DI PS NAVI SPA. SI PRECISA CHE CON PROVVEDIMENTO N. 8332 DEL 31.03.2017 BORSA ITALIANA SPA HA DISPOSTO LA SOSPENSIONE A TEMPO INDETERMINATO DELLE AZIONI PREMUDA.
