From 2019 to September 2022, he worked as a freelance. In particular, he has conducted assignments on the appointment of the Bank of Italy as part of the measures taken in the management and resolution of crises of Banks and other Financial Intermediaries, assignments as a member of corporate bodies of joint-stock companies, consultancy assignments.

From 2000 to 2018, he held various roles and managerial positions in the financial and insurance sector of the Poste Italiane group. Among these, in specific, he was the CEO of BancoPosta Fondi SGR, an asset management company, for about 12 years.

From 1999 to 2000, he worked at KPMG S.p.A., an auditing and accounting organization, as Senior Manager.

From 1994 to 1999, he worked at CONSOB - Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa - dealing with supervision.

From 1990 to 1994, he was an auditor in auditing and accounting organizations registered in the Register held by CONSOB.
