Today Consob, the Bank of Italy, and IVASS, in agreement with the AGCM, publish on their respective websites a communication by which they update the Criteria, issued in 2012 and updated in 2018, for the application of the prohibition of taking positions in competing intermediaries in the financial sector (so-called prohibition of "interlocking"; Article no. 36, Law-Decree no. 201/2011).

The update concerns the method of calculating the relevant turnover for the purpose of applying the size relevance threshold of the intermediaries involved and takes into account the amendments made to the Competition Law
