Chiara Mosca - CONSOB AND ITS ACTIVITIES
Associate Professor of corporate law at Bocconi University (currently on leave).
She is currently Vice-Chair of the OECD Corporate Governance Committee.
She served as member of the Consultative Working Group, the group of experts supporting the Corporate Finance Standing Committee at ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority).
She is research fellow at Centro Baffi-Carefin, Università Bocconi.
She is editor member of the editorial committee of Rivista delle società; author of the scientific monograph "Azione di concerto e opa obbligatoria" (Egea 2013) and many papers and contributions in the field of corporate and capital markets law published in Italy and abroad.
She graduated, magna cum laude, in Economics and Business Administration at Bocconi University. She received a Master of Science in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics and a PhD in internal and international commercial and corporate law from the Università Cattolica of Milan.
