Important notice: beware of fake websites with the ACF logo

The Consob Financial Disputes Arbitrator (ACF) is warning of possible scams being perpetrated by unknown individuals through websites that unlawfully replicate the ACF's logos and content.

Please note that the ACF portal is only accessible via this link: https://www.acf.consob.it/.

Any websites with addresses other than the one indicated above are not in any way related to the ACF or Consob.

Please note that under no circumstances will the ACF ask for credit card or bank account numbers, nor will it request payments of any kind.
