[1] As of 02/01/2024, following the partial demerger of the proprietary trading business of Banca Akros S.p.A. in favor of Banco BPM S.p.A., the latter replaced Banca Akros S.p.A. in its capacity as a systematic internalizer, without a break in continuity.
[2] On 26 November 2021 the merger by incorporation of Invest Banca S.p.A. in Extraordinary Administration into Banca Cambiano 1884 S.p.A. took place. Following the merger, and starting from 29 November 2021, the latter replaced Invest Banca S.p.A. in Extraordinary Administration as systematic internaliser, without interruption.
[3] As a result of the merger by incorporation of Biverbanca S.p.A. in Banca C.R. Asti S.p.A., the securities previously listed exclusively on the Systematic Internaliser Biverbanca S.P.A. will be traded starting from 8 November 2021 by Banca C.R. Asti S.p.A. as Systematic Internaliser.
[4] On 20 July 2020 the merger by incorporation of Banca IMI S.p.A. into Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. took place. Following the merger, the latter replaced Banca IMI S.p.A. as systematic internaliser, without interruption. On 12 April 2021 the merger by incorporation of UBI Banca S.p.A. into Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. took place. Following the merger, the securities previously listed exclusively on the UBI Banca S.p.A. Systematic Internaliser (UBIM) will be traded by Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. as systematic internaliser.
[5] On 29 May 2023 the merger by incorporation of MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese S.p.A. into Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. took place. Following the merger, the latter replaced MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese S.p.A. as systematic internaliser, without interruption.

[5] In order to keep track of any variation to the Register on a periodic basis due to the new MiFID II/MIFIR regime, the list reports the details of the investment firms who have been enrolled in Consob's Register and have ceased the activity, with the respective starting and termination dates. The same entity may be listed more than once, in case it has started and then ceased repeatedly the activity as systematic internaliser.
