Listed companies

This section contains the regulated information that Consob receives from listed companies, their shareholders and supervisory bodies, as well as lists published by Consob and additional information addressed to market operators and investors.

“Listed companies” refers here to Italian companies (or companies having Italy as their home Member State) issuing securities that are (or have been) admitted to trading on a regulated market. For the complete list of securities traded on Euronext Milan, please refer to the Borsa Italiana website.
