Consob, the Italian Corporate Governance Committee and Assonime are presenting the event Corporate Governance in Italy - Flexibility and Proportionality of Rules: Market Developments and Governance Quality, which will be held on 16 September from 9:30 a.m. at the Consob Auditorium, Via C. Monteverdi 35, Rome.

The following reports will be presented during the event:

• the Consob Report on the Corporate Governance of Italian Listed Companies, which provides evidence on ownership structures, corporate bodies, shareholders’ meetings and related-party transactions, based on data drawn from supervisory statistical reports and publicly available information;
• the Report of the Italian Corporate Governance Committee, which assesses the implementation of the Corporate Governance Code and provides recommendations to companies for its more effective application;
• the Assonime–Emittenti Titoli Report, which provides an in-depth analysis of the corporate governance of Italian listed companies in light of the principles set out in the Corporate Governance Code.
