Consob decisions and measures

Bulletin

The Bulletin contains, on a fortnightly basis, the full texts of decisions and measures adopted by the Commission during the relevant period.It also includes acts issued by other authorities concerning entities subject to Consob supervision.

Sanctioning measures

This section contains sanctioning measures adopted by Consob. Where provided for by law, the measures are published in anonymised form and remain available for a specified period, in compliance with transparency requirements and the protection of the parties involved.

Commitments

This section contains commitments made binding by Consob on supervised entities in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework. Commitments are intended to restore proper market conditions and investor protection, avoiding the initiation or continuation of sanctioning proceedings.

Managerial determinations

This section publishes determinations adopted by the Heads of Consob’s organisational units, on the basis of the powers and delegations granted by the Commission. These are technical, non-discretionary decisions taken within the framework of supervisory activities and the functioning of the Authority.
