SH.I.N.E. System – SHareholders Integrated Notification Environment

The SH.I.N.E. system (SHareholders Integrated Notification Environment) enables the guided completion of the new Form 120 (TR-1) and the submission of notifications through a web interface structured with automatic consistency checks, auto-completion features, and other support tools.

The system is available to all investors starting from 15 June 2026 and replaces the previous system for Major Shareholdings for listed issuers (Teleraccolta).

To access SH.I.N.E., the investor must use the credentials (username and password) provided by Consob through the SIREG procedure (see instructions further below on this page under “Credentials Issuance”).

Note: This document is provided for informational purposes only. Only in the event of a technical malfunction of the IT system will it be temporarily permitted to submit this form via e-mail (to the addresses indicated on the Consob website for the official submission of documents).

The system is available every day, including public holidays, and is supported by a telephone helpdesk at +39 06 8477388, active on working days from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or by sending an email to shine@consob.it.

For questions regarding disclosure obligations for major shareholdings and the content of the new notification form, you can contact the Ownership Structure Unit by writing to: info120@consob.it

Credentials issuance

Users who already hold valid credentials for the Teleraccolta systems may use a simplified registration procedure available at the following address: https://www.sai.consob.it/sireg-porting/. This method should be preferred where possible, as the accounts activated in this way may become operational immediately.

Conversely, new users who do not have credentials must follow the general procedure for obtaining them from Consob, which will be available at:

https://www.sai.consob.it/sireg-registration/

After accessing the indicated webpage, the user will be able to download a detailed guide on how to use the registration and credential management procedure, known as SIReg.

The password change function is available at the following address:

https://www.sai.consob.it/sireg-registered-user/

If the password is lost, the reset function is available at the following address:

https://www.sai.consob.it/sireg-registration/recupero-password

In case of issues in using the registration procedure, a request for assistance may be sent to the following email address: sistemacredenziali@consob.it.
