This section contains the regulated information that Consob receives from listed companies, their shareholders and supervisory bodies, as well as lists published by Consob and additional information addressed to market operators and investors.

“Listed companies” refers here to Italian companies (or companies having Italy as their home Member State) issuing securities that are (or have been) admitted to trading on a regulated market. For the complete list of securities traded on Euronext Milan, please refer to the Borsa Italiana website.

  • Major holdings through shares, financial instruments and total of both: Article 120(2) of the TUF and Articles 117, 118 and 119 of the Issuers' Regulations. The notifications received are published by Consob on behalf of listed issuers pursuant to Article 122 of the Issuers' Regulations.
  • Declarations of intentions: Article 120(4) of the CLF and Article 122-ter of the Issuers' Regulations
  • Share capital and voting rights: Article 85-bis of the Issuers' Regulations
  • Board members: Article 85-quater of the Issuers' Regulations
  • Participatory financial instruments: Article 122-bis of the Issuers' Regulations
  • Shareholders' agreements: Article 122 of the CLF and Articles 130-131 of the Issuers' Regulations
