In this section the following information and documents are available:

• information and documents for submitting the application for the approval of a prospectus of securities (equity securities, non-equity securities and closed-ended AIFs) offered to the public and/or to be admitted to trading on regulated markets;
• the prospectuses and any related supplements approved by Consob;
• the prospectuses of European long-term investment funds (ELTIFs);
• information and documents for submitting a request to passport a prospectus approved by Consob to other EU Authorities;
• the list of the notifications, along with the related documents, received by Consob from other EU Authorities pursuant to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/979;
• the documents, approved by Consob, relating to takeover bids carried out pursuant to Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, n. 58 (TUF).
